The poster of the project can then review all bids with full insight into the building service provider be it a general builder, a plumber or any discipline within the building sector.
What makes BuildPro different is the ability of both the service buyer and the service provider to have full insight into each other. On one hand the service buyer can review the builders profile, read their company details including insurance, qualifications, past projects and reviews received from their previous BuildPro clients. They can also instant message or live chat with the building service provider regarding any further questions they may have regarding their details or the project particulars.
Like wise the buyer can engage and review the service provider prior to submitting a bid for their project. They can request further information on the project via the messaging service or the live chat, they can also see how many bids are currently on the project, where the project is and the estimated start date for the work. BuildPro has also integrated a points system for all listed service providers, which assists the service buyer when selecting which bid to accept. The service buyer can easily establish how strong any potential builder may be based on their BuildPro score which is highlighted on all service buyers profiles. The BuildPro scoring system is based on how much information the building service provider uploads to their profile, such as, their insurance details, details of previous project etc. Builders can also improve their overall score by receiving positive reviews from their BuildPro clients with the strength of the reviews and the number of review going towards their overall BuildPro score.
