Project description:

Need the following items carried out on a 1 bedroom apartment in Clongriffin, approx 54sqm.

Remove and dispose of 31sqm of existing laminate floor

Supply and install 31sqm of new laminate floor with new underlay, and beaning around skirting board.

Paint all skirting and architrave.

Remove and dispose of existing bedroom carpet approx. 18sqm

Supply and install new carpet to bedroom

Repair walls which will include, filling holes, removing wall paper prepping for new paint finish.

Damp seal all external exposed walls approx. 50sqm with high quality damp proofing seal.

Paint all walls approx. 100sqm

Install new efficient electric heater in living area.

Repair/replace wall sockets which are damaged (see photos)

Repair kitchen units which are damaged including handles and hinges
