These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BuildPro website (“Website”) and any related services, features, content, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BuildPro operates an online platform that helps connect homeowners or clients (“Clients”) with independent tradespeople, contractors, and service providers (“Professionals”).
Important: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BuildPro is not a building contractor and does not perform construction work. Professionals listed or connected through BuildPro are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or partners of BuildPro.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Some parts of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When you submit a request (e.g., quote request or consultation request), you authorize BuildPro to use the information you provide to facilitate matching with relevant Professionals and to contact you about your request.
BuildPro does not guarantee that you will receive quotes, responses, availability, or a specific outcome.
Any contract for work is strictly between the Client and the Professional. Clients are responsible for selecting a Professional and confirming project scope, pricing, timelines, warranties, permits, qualifications, insurance, and safety requirements.
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, and for delivering their services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
BuildPro may charge fees for certain services (for example, subscription plans, listing fees, lead fees, or paid consultations). Any applicable fees and billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or signup.
BuildPro is not responsible for payments made directly between Clients and Professionals unless BuildPro explicitly provides a payment service for that purpose.
You may be able to post reviews, comments, images, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant BuildPro a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for operating and promoting the Services.
You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content. BuildPro may remove User Content at its discretion.

The Website, branding, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to BuildPro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. BuildPro does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BuildPro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
BuildPro does not guarantee the quality, suitability, licensing, or insurance status of any Professional and does not guarantee project outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, BuildPro’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BuildPro (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold BuildPro harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
BuildPro may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Ireland shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
